Milky Way Over Capital Butte

Bit of an experiment this evening – I want to have a proper go at this out in the desert, away from the light pollution – but I figured I’d get the settings dialed in closer to home first.

Lens set to infinity focus (manual) – 30 sec timed exposure on 6400 ASA – Camera mounted on tripod with self timer for shutter release.

X-Pro1 and 14mm Lens at f/2.8 – 30 Sec Exposure
